What is the structure of the one-on-one lessons?

Each class is tailored to meet the needs of each student. I focus on all areas of English including, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar skills. I use a variety of resources, including multimedia, real-world materials, and engaging exercises to help you improve your language skills.

 

What do I need for the online classes?

To take an online class, you will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet connection. A microphone and webcam will be helpful to get the most out of each lesson but there is the option of typing only lessons. I mainly use video conferencing platforms like Zoom, or Skype which is easy to access and use.

 

How can I book a lesson or class?

You can book a class through our website by selecting a time slot that works for you. Simply create an account, choose your tutor, and schedule your lesson.
Classes will be coming out very soon. You can reserve your spot or get notified by email when classes are available. Go to the classes page and click ‘explore’ on a class of your choice.

 

What if I can’t make it to a scheduled class or lesson?

If you have booked and paid for a class or lesson but are unable to attend please contact me as soon as you are aware. If contact 24 hours or more before the schedule time you will get a full refund or the option to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking there will be a 20% cancellation fee.

 

Can I get a free trial lesson before committing to classes?

Yes! I offer a free trial lesson for new students. This is a great way to experience my teaching style and methods, assess the suitability, and discuss your language goals. The free trial lasts for 60 minutes and is a no-obligation opportunity for you to see how I can help you improve your English.

 

What is the level of the students you work with?

I teach all levels and ages from beginner to advanced.

 

How much do your lessons and classes cost?

One-on-one lessons start at $15 for 30 minutes. Lessons can go for up to 2 hours and the price adjust accordingly.
Classes start at $15 for an hour. There are up to 10 people per class depending on the topic.

 

What if I need help with a specific area of English (e.g., business English, TOEFL preparation)?

During the trial lesson we will discuss specific goals and plan future lessons accordingly. I can help with business English, exam preparation (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS), conversation practice, and more.
