Cancellations and Refunds Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds for all lessons booked with RMcDonald Teaching via my website or other platforms.
1. Cancellations
– More than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson:
You may cancel your lesson and receive a 100% refund or reschedule free of charge.
– Within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson:
You may cancel your lesson and receive a 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% credit applied to the new booking.
– No-Shows (missed lessons without cancellation):
No refund or rescheduling will be offered. The full lesson fee will be retained.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via:
– Your booking confirmation email link, or
– Emailing rmcdonaldteaching@gmail.com
All time zones are based on Japan Standard Time (JST) unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund Process
– Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
– RMcDonald Teaching is not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion differences related to refunds.
4. Technical Issues or Emergencies
– If a lesson is disrupted due to technical issues on my end, a full refund or free rescheduling will be provided.
– If the student experiences issues (power outage, device failure, etc.), the standard refund terms above apply.
– Exceptions for emergencies may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible.
5. Trial Lessons
– One free trial lesson is offered per new student.
– Cancellations or no-shows for trial lessons are not eligible for rescheduling or re-issue.
キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー
このキャンセルおよび返金ポリシーは、RMcDonald Teaching のウェブサイトまたはその他のプラットフォームを通じて予約されたすべてのレッスンに関する、キャンセル、日程変更、返金の条件を定めたものです。
1. キャンセルについて
レッスン開始の24時間以上前にキャンセルされる場合：
100％返金、または無料での振替が可能です。レッスン開始の24時間以内にキャンセルされる場合：
50％返金、または新しいレッスン予約に対して50％分のクレジットを適用できます。無断キャンセル（事前連絡のない欠席）の場合：
返金・振替ともに不可とし、レッスン料金は全額お支払いいただきます。
2. キャンセル・振替の方法
キャンセルまたは日程変更をご希望の場合は、以下のいずれかの方法でご連絡ください：

※すべての時間は、特に記載のない限り 日本標準時（JST） を基準とします。
3. 返金手続きについて
承認された返金は、元のお支払い方法にて5〜10営業日以内に処理されます。
返金に伴う銀行手数料や為替差額については、RMcDonald Teaching は責任を負いかねます。
4. 技術的な問題や緊急時の対応
講師側の技術的なトラブルによりレッスンが実施できなかった場合は、全額返金または無料での再スケジュールを行います。
受講者側の問題（停電、機器の故障など）の場合は、上記の通常のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
やむを得ない事情（例：急病、家族の緊急事態など）がある場合は、個別の状況に応じて対応を検討いたします。できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。
5. 無料体験レッスンについて
無料体験レッスンは、新規の受講者様お一人につき1回限りです。
無料体験レッスンのキャンセルや無断欠席は、再発行・再スケジュールの対象外となります。
